Lets be real. Anyone who works out a lot knows that these exercises aren't enough to achieve bodies like Victoria Secret Models. I think they probably do cardio and heavy weights with squats and lunges.
olinabeautii I've read interviews with their trainer and they do not lift heavy. They lift light specifically to avoid bulking muscle. They do these moves and cardio, but no sprints because sprinting causes bulk as well. Most of their physique is achieved by low carb nutrient dense eating. Justin explains everything in videos, but people seem to think it's more complex than what he is saying.
Am I the only one that doesn't get why Alessandra is such a big deal? Her body is not jaw droppingly amazing, her face is pretty but not stunning...I just don't understand.
