Do not take the example of models. They eat 1500 kcal or less. It's not enough for a tall woman who workout. A few years ago I watched an interview with Candice and what she showed (what she said) was only light and low calorie.
The taller you are the harder it is to workout cause your hurt sends blood a longer way,the gravity works against you regarding stability and biomechanicly you have to work with larger muscles so we have to really give it to them for all the effort the put into looking their best and be a good influence and motivation to us

I'm doing this every day from now on, I've been doing the Lily Aldridge workout for 5 days now but this really does much more so I'm changing to this one, plus you can follow along with the girls at the same time :) This really motivates me to work out lol

Belle. E well I’ve gotten so much more toned and closer to a VS angel body. So I naturally have a somewhat flat stomach, but a have a small little “fat belt” like fat where a belt would be. It’s almost gone and my abs aren’t flat now they’re more toned. My butt and legs are sore and haven’t seen a ton of progress, but they’re slightly more toned now and definitely feel strong. My arms probably have seen the most toning of all. I guess really I’m just more toned. No weight loss I don’t think, but I don’t pay attention to weight. For me it’s just strength and feeling good-that’s just because I’m naturally pretty skinny because of my metabolism.
It depends a lot on ur body type tho. Everyone I think experiences results on a slightly different level. The workout definitely feels accomplishing and really great
I started doing this 5 days a week and my 30 day challenge on Wednesdays it's basically a full body workout then a seperate workout for my butt and legs and I'm trying to switch up my food choices I eat pretty healthy but I'm a snacker I never really eat full meals I'm one of those people that just snack throughout the day lol😂😂 I wanna be a VS Model so bad I used to not like being tall cause I've always been like the tallest in my grade level or class I'm 5'9 and I'm 14 but yea I'm getting there slowly 😍😂😂😍
I would love to see the results of these different workouts on different body types- say, am over weight and out of shaped individual to really see if they are as good as all the trainers day their workouts are. Would be great to see the results of the workouts after a couple of months to see if they make any difference. The thing with training models is they are already slim and blessed with good bodies- I know they still work out but they have the basics there. It would be nice to see the results on an average girl to see if these fitness workouts match up to the hype
I don't wanna be mean and I'm not talking abt this video at all but I see other vs training videos and the intructors they are like not really average weight like over and coaching them telling them what to do shouldn't they be the same size because they do it with them?
Its just that the instructors are far shorter than the models. The taller you are, the more space your body has to distribute fat, which is why taller people are usually slimmer than than shorter people!
LRB DIY, I’m 14, and I have actually gotten stared in the industry! Here’s what I did to get where I am. I looked at the biggest and best agencies in the world. I suggest looking at Ford, IMG, and Elite. Those 3 have websites. When you get to the websites they’ll have you fill out some info about urself- zip code, age, height, etc. IMG will have u send in a video of ur walk, and will have some questions to get to know ur personality better. These places though are the top of the industry, and want you to be at least 14 to apply. Some say u need to be at least 5’7, stuff like that. If ur really passionate about getting into modeling then talk to your parents about it. If they support you, they could try to find a top Agency that accepts kids. When I was 13 I was to nervous to tell my parents. I had actually wanted to start modeling at 12, but I wasn’t done growing. That’s when I started working out and getting my grades up so my parent would maybe like the idea of me modeling. As soon as I turned 14 I applied for IMG. Almost immediately after I got a letter in the mail saying that they want to take me on, and that they’d like me to start modeling for Calvin Klein, GUESS, Tommy Hilfiger, etc. I haven’t started yet, because I just got the news a week ago(my parents know, and fully support) so I don’t know how it’s going to work out.
