Great scenario. I grew up and live 5 minutes walking distance from a station on the Cross city line south. As a child I remember travelling on the the old 100 series DMUs into New Street. HST valentas screaming past the station. I remember seeing car transporters going past from Austin Rover Longbridge. The centre platforms at Northfield and King's Norton in use for occasional national services. Around 1993/94 mixed traffic of 100 series DMUs, EMUs and 323s in Centro Livery. The occasional glimpse of a steam train going past. I saw a 37 just over a year ago. The sound of the engine as it left the station and brought back childhood memories. I'd love to see a version of the Cross City line with the bypass line to New Street added and a backdated version set in the 80s.

Bromsgrove electrification was done roughly 5 years ago. Would love to have this backdated with the old station and layout.

In the USA we call these helpers, If it's temporary. or DPUs if they are with the train the whole run.

Does anyone have any idea how this was coded successful? Im trying to make a modern day version of this but im struggling because ive got next to no coding experience.
