seems the route builder has abannoned it. So I am afraid its not available anymore. But anyway: since DTG has begun their updates on TSC the loco was not working anymore properly, an update by the creator was never made.

An alternativ route may be "Nord pas de Calais" from railsim.fr or rwcentral. Big network including the HS-Line from Calais to Lille. But it needs a lot of Free- and Payware, attantion by installation and has lot of bad performances
