Congratulations to Monchito5 for all the work he has done on this route. As good as it is though, it is not worth over $200. That is the amount you would have to spend to get the routes required to supply some of the assets, including routes that you mention are not good. I understand that you need to get assets somewhere but the more routes you need for a new one to work, the less it is worth it.
9:04 I use to work at that shopping center which in real life is a Giant Martins grocery store. Worked there from 2016 to June of this years when I transferred to another store. It was nice seeing some interesting motive power rolling by or in storage, including the OCS F7s before they were sold off.

That lighthouse is in real life, just a lot smaller. It’s some sort of historical marker or such. It’s in Gospel Hill park next to the giant American flag, if you go into Google street view off 15th ave you van clearly see it, just much, MUCH smaller
About the only way to improve the Horseshoe is to systematically delete just about everything except the track and start over. This guy is making a worthy attempt to save crap. When you speak of the other assets and routes, I wish you wouldn't be so vague with your verbiage. "Sucks balls" and "looks like ass" seems a bit wishy washy. Just get to the point Sean and stop beating around the bush!! 😁
