While we do 6-10 week meso cycle goals in TrainFTW, there are elements that do not change. The primary reason is longevity and resilience. They are:
1. Aerobic work 2X a week
1. Longevity, over all real world capacity base building.
2. Strength 2X a week (upper/lower)
1. Biggest bang for your buck movements.
2. 72 hours apart for full effort.
3. Conditioning 1-2X per week (moderate/high intervals)
1. V02max development
2. Anaerobic capacity
4. Accessory work (hypertrophy traditional body building splits)
1. Longevity is improved with muscle mass.
2. Weaker muscles up to speed for resiliency.
3. Looks great.

Perfect breakdown been on the program for a while it's my baseline of what fitness actually is I've done every program out there. This is by far the best balance I've found. You can feel the passion coming off Matt in this video and you can see it in the training what he doesn't talk about in this video is there is a complete and Proper warm up and a dedicated proper cool down every session that's high quality filmed with great sound and walks you through each stretch and movement. It's the little attention to details and quality that make this program what it is.

Did this for about 3 years 2017-2020, it was really great. Sounds like it’s evolved as Matt has matured and grown as a coach. Maybe I will go back 🤔
