As a "noob" coaching high school athletes, this info is GOLD.......while I knew coaching kids would be a challenge after working with experiienced lifters for 22+ years..........working with younger athletes has been extremely challenging......their form is shit.......and some have been coached by clueless crossfit coaches.......if I had hair, I'd be pulling it out by the handfulls.......

At 48, I am glad these experts feel the same way I do....that is, we're not 25 anymore
