It was really cool to see Hunter and his friend try the 780 lb yoke that Martins was just doing for sets. Really shows how strong Martins really is compared to people who are even more fit than most.

There was a guy in my first unit in the Army that was just freaky strong. He was the biggest nerd too. Even his fingers were giant. He never lifted weights and he would always out lift anyone. He always had to carry the heavy guns on our long walks. Some people are just naturally bad ass.

Martins size and agility is shocking. When you compare him to Thor or Shaw, there's a near 100lb difference and he puts down about 3k calories less a day yet he is right there step for step in strength and more nimble than either. Truly an awesome accomplishment.

@@fierypandaofdoom I'll amend that to eat food for (variety of) micronutrient density while ditching carcinogens and processed saturated fats. Throw in daily calisthenics and daily walk/run. Best shape for life for sure. Competing is not healthy :P

King Matthew no sorry I’m in better shape then anyone who only does that. Stronger faster and better cardio. Of course you gotta eat healthy but going for a jog a day isn’t enough to get you in the best shape of your life. We just just have different definitions of what being fit is. I don’t think competing is great cause you push your body to much but you won’t push your body enough doing what you suggest.
