Workout plan of today:
Skipping - warm up 10mins
Rope diagonal pulls 6 - 8 reps 4 sets
Weight ball (6kg) throws from lunge 8 - 10 reps 5 sets
Side plank 30 - 40 seconds 4 sets -- Progression would be with one leg up
Lateral lunge with kettle bell 12kg 4 sets
Sledge walk weight 40kg 5 sets
