This video features trains that were diverted away from the West Coast Mainline 'Trent Valley' route between Rugby and Stafford due to engineering works. The diverted trains shown took the Birmingham avoiding line between Stechford and Wolverhampton. Aston is the only point at which these trains briefly share the line with Cross City line trains.
