Welcome to Episode 88 of Rover! Today I am at Swansea on the South Wales Main Line where services are seen by Great Western Railway and Arriva Trains Wales.
Swansea was a busy station where everything essentially reverses or terminates there, the views are nice and there are a few more services on offer to film as things come in from West Wales. The variety of traction on offer was good as we saw a 158 as well as the usual 175s and 150s, no HSTs appeared for GWR so you probably know what that means! The station is staffed and has good facilities all round however I feel it needs more shops.
