I didn't realize that the Capitol Corridor and the San Joaquin ran single level sets! They look really cool. Our Surfliner runs two single level sets, but they just have the typical phase IV scheme. Is that what those single level Amfleet cars are for in the CalTrain yard?

well, amtrak's f40phs are now cab cars, so they require a locomotive(ex: emd f59phs, ge genesis p42dc, ge genesis p40dc, ge genesis p32dc, ge dash-8, seimens chargers)

Fantastic...and on my old stomping grounds, both as a fan and as a working railroader (though to me it will always be Southern Pacific). I'm also happy to see a few scenes with the Coast Starlight Pacific Parlour Car, before it was unceremoniously axed by that cretin, Amtrak's president Richard Anderson.
