I was rooting for him, and than he says this and “i would never dream of courting Penelope featherington. What the heck dude? Cue the Tyra “we were al rooting for you tirade” finally an excuse to use it. You better make it up to me Colin. I get Penelope had some wrong doings, but she stayed honest with him even before the pamphlets came out (show wise at least). She also did not try to hurt her friends until she had to. I am at an odds. To root for them or not. Aye!
I love Penelope and Colin but it hurts to see how he just disregards her feelings. He doesn’t know that his words are knives stabbing her straight through the heart. She’s there now and he has her attention but a lady can take so much until she breaks and I believe the last straw has to be what she overheard him say to those group of men about her. He doesn’t realize how cruel his words are. I swear the writers better make Penelope give this man hell when he returns. I wanna see how he reacts when someone else has her attention, let the jealousy begin. I can’t wait
Omg, omg, I need him to pine for her until it drives him mad, she deserves at least that and he needs to know what it's felt like for her to long for him all this time
Colin broke my heart this season because I love Pen and I love their story (it's my favorite) and I know it's coming and I know it's gonna be good but ah it still hurts to see how clueless he is and how in love she is.

@@gabrielleduplessis7388bc that is how Shonda abuses everything that's good and sweet for fake spin and drama. She created and ruined Grey's Anatomy the same. In the end is is all about making money and creating fake drama, this is NOT an artistic adaption of the novel. I am afraid.
@@gabrielleduplessis7388 In the book it is quite different. Here she gets her hopes up, everything layers up to a possible FINALLY only to be pushed into the abyss in her worst moment looking for Eloise. The fall is so much worse here.
I love Polin but sometimes I wanna wreck Colin's neck because he was in denial. And, he always hurt Penelope with his words because he thought that it is okay for Pen.
Oh no, Colin, no. You'd really regret it someday, soon. You will, my boy. You will. Then you'd be so desperate, it'd be maddening not to have her by your side as you desire. You'll flip out and not thrive for a moment in her presence with someone else. You may think you do not like her, enough, do not desire her, more than a friend. Wait, when it'll come to you, for it sure will, those feelings, really cruel they are, they'll fuzzle your mind, turn the world upside down, they'll be truly crazy to handle, you'll find it hard to breathe. Hard to stand right, stand in her eyes. You'll find yourself in the mercy of your dear friend Penelope only. We'll see that. We'll surely be seeing that soon. It's only a matter of time, hopefully she gets a suitor so that you can be in as much agony and misery as you've unknowingly subjected her to be. So that when you will kiss her, later, not perhaps, but you shall, you'll feel her consume your entire being, your thoughts and mind would leave your soul, make you want more, want a sip more, a word more, a moment more, a touch so forbidden, more, more and more of everything she can ever give. Everything you've ever known her to give to you, which now, she's willing to set aside, including your friendship, for some unknown reason, but you realize she'd rather give it to someone else. Which is not you. Cannot be you. Ever. Why so, you'd think subtly. Just wait my boy, she shall never forsake you, you believe, but she shall do just that without being condescending. It'd be hard to have so much depend and revolve around one being, but you shall learn to live with it, it may hurt, a lot perhaps, but you'll accept it. Again and again. While looking for her in the crowd, imagining if she thought the same of you. You'd be so desperate and so frustrated at a time that you'd want to inflict same hurt on her that you've barely survived for the past month. When she hasn't done a single thing to ever prove that. But, one thing, that she'll never reciprocate your feelings shall haunt you every waking up dream. That what would she say if she knew she's the first on your mind with the first ray of sunshine to kiss the earth, and the only one for the reason of your angst, when the moonlight withers away in your dreams where you imagine dancing with her, one set, one waltz, one quadrille, just one more dance, so you shall claim her, that your interest is fixed on her, and that you breathe to lay by her side, to talk about stars and journeys with her, gaze at her with affection, to smile at her loyalty, her sweet dreams, to touch her in person, not merely caressing her, for that shall naturally come to you, when you're with her, but finding yourself wanting with intense desire to bury yourself deep inside her, to make her cry in ecstacy, to make her yours. I have been holding off this video because their conclusion made me so mad. She did not do anything wrong (because he doesn’t know Lady Whistledown yet) and he was so cruel to her. And I don’t get why. He did not need to be. When I read the books, I will say the same thing. All I can say is “why?” Make it up to her and when they are together and happy, serenade her. That will make everyone happy.
I'm sure they'll give us an explanation like "oh no, i wanted to mean that i wouldn't court her because she's my friend" or something like that, but it will be solve. What most intrigate me is what will happen when he realise who she is, and when Eloise realise that her bff loves her brother HAHAHA
