On Thursday 25th April 2024, we filmed the late afternoon driver amiliarisation on the North Station branch of the Blackpool & Fleetwood Tramway.
As on the previous day, the Flexity 2 being used was 001.
Several trips took the north curve towards Fleetwood and the tram turned at Cabin (the nearest turning point to North Pier). On the first return journey, the tram overshot the contact and had to change ends and run "bang line" for several metres before actuating the traffic signals.
Heritage open topper 857 was out on a private hire and we captured Stagecoach and transpora buses at work.
