Question: why is the the fan motor single phase and how is it 575 volts? Second, if the fan motor is 575 volts, how is the recommended capacitor only 440 volts?

Thanks for watching, fan motor was single phase 575v because it was getting incoming volt from 2 wire and 2 wire potential difference is 575v if you measure 1 wire to ground it would be 321v that why capacitor usually rated for 440v
