Now we’re cookin’! You can’t imagine what a pleasure it is to see you bring out the Trangia 25 and cook up a curry. Within seconds I was ready to run out to the garage and grab mine. You’ve changed since we saw you last… but haven’t we all. I like what I see in your face and voice. Handsomer than ever. But I’m a hopeless fan.

Good to see ya enjoying life. That’s what it’s all about. Apart from Corn mince tho 😂 just kidding, another top vid 👍

I would add some canned chickpeas or lentils. Adds some plant based protein and you can even add in some flavored chopped up cashews for bumping up the flavor profile and texture. I get thai curry or cumin flavored cashews from a local health store and a little goes a long way. As for cutlery, just bring some from home. metal lasts longer, no need to throw away and buy more. I just wrap mine in a small towel or cloth napkin and tuck it into the cookset.

Great video Paul . Grains with your curry may make the meal. Brown rice, upma or dhido, Nepalese Buckwheat polenta.

Liking the look of that oven Paul 👌. I use my trangia 25 when I'm car camping but not got the fry pan because I converted it into a frypod for my camera 🤣🤣. Those Aldi curry sauces are really tasty I got a load of them in the cupboard.. Good to see a video Paul.. atb
