Kolbulle, (coal bun), is an old swedish meal for the campfire. It was the staple food for loggers, navvies and charcoal-burners, that often moved around and had a need for food with loads of energy while simultaneously having a long shelf life since they often lived in short term huts. Later it has become a favourite among swedish scouts and outdoor people since it's both delicious and easy to cook at the campfire.
I mix and match my Trangia Triangle with my cast iron skillet and my coffee kettle to make a feast.
