Children are not mature enough to know what they are or want in life and permanent changes such as puberty blockers and hormone replacement is life altering medication. If the person still feels the same at 21 and wants to convert then fair do's go for it but it should not be funded on the NHS. Refusing to prescribe life altering medication to an adolescent is not transphobic.
