If you mean that they're still the sex they were assigned at birth, then yes, that is technically true, but sex characteristics can be changed, and sex and gender are not the same. For example, Ezra is a trans man. That means he has a female body but a male brain. And since you cannot perform brain surgery to change someone's brain chemistry, naturally, you change their body for match their brain. Changing the body also changes someone's sex characteristics, like their facial hair, adam's apple, chest size, etc. Hope this helps :]

I use to be a transphobic bigot, now as of recently I realised that the trans community treated poorly, I’m now a trans ally, I still beat myself up for not being open minded though, I hope the community could forgive me….
There's always room for growth and forgiveness! As long as you are willing to change for the better and love and respect people, then yes, at least in this trans guy's eyes, you're completely forgiven :]
There is always, always time to change. There’s no real use beating yourself up over your past actions, you’ve just gotta acknowledge them, that they were wrong, and then move on to bigger and better things. Personally, I’m proud of you for recognising that you could do better, and doing that. It’s not always easy, but it’s necessary. As a trans person, I forgive you.

if you worry they'll take away housing, food, your phone (it's a key safety device these days), freedom to go out, or if they could seriously verbally/emotionally/physically abuse you, hold off. i know it hurts, but it's better not to risk your own wellbeing. if you're not sure, test the waters by mentioning a trans celebrity or character.

I have always said that if any members of the LGBTQ+ community need a Mum I’m here! I find it unbearable thinking that parents can disown their children because of their sexuality or gender. I loved watching this video and seeing how happy you and your friends are, thank you ☺️
i wish i could get top and bottom surgery and get on T and shit. my parents would not approve tho. idk why but i get so jealous seeing all of these handsome trans men everywhere online, but it makes me happy as well because it makes me feel like maybe one day id be accepted.
the other "march" (despite the route change to avoid them) made my support needs network withdraw for safety. i was planning to go in support of my wonderful partner, but couldn't do it alone. i'll be baking cakes to match the flags instead. small gestures are still gestures. 🦈
I wish I could go to one of these events one day where I live, but I’m unable to right now because there’s nothing nearby me and I don’t have the transportation means either. I also live in a state where trans people are not as safe as they should be, so maybe one day I’ll be able to go to one. 🙂
