Growing up, Charlie Martin was certain of three things. That she didn’t identify as male, the gender she had been assigned at birth. That she felt the most at home at the racetrack. And that she would never be able to reconcile these two aspects of her life. Here she tells REV about her journey of self-discovery, bravery, and determination. And explains how transitioning helped unlock the potential she always knew she had within her. Now she’s got her eyes set on her biggest motorsport goal - becoming the first trans woman to compete in the Le Mans 24, the greatest endurance race in the world.
