I met my girlfriend on Grindr 3 years ago, we chatted for quite awhile before we ever met. Did the hook-up thing for awhile but kept chatting and grew closer as we went through a lot of stuff. Moved in together in late February. She's the love of my life and everyone where we live have been accepting and really great with us.
You CAN'T decide the person who you fall in love with. Society needs to become aware that there are a myriad of loves, and that there are no set standards or boundaries for who love whom!

Before watching this video I really believed I stood a greater chance of being alone than finding someone that wanted to be with me because of who I am and not what. This is the content I love. People finding each other, loving one another, and living their truth. There’s so much dignity in this. As others have said, it’s wholesome content
this is refreshing to see, experiencing years of feeling inadequate; even amongst lgbtqia+ folk , and just recently having become comfortable with my identity, this is nice to see. There’s so much surrounding our community and little to no representation. Time and time again and even upon accepting myself as a trans woman I had to become okay with the idea of potentially being alone for the rest of my life. Thank you for this video, thank you for allowing us to be seen and showing us a much rare and different side of it. Coming from ‘Grindr’ is even surprising since this is one of most misogynistic apps I ever used but this is important. Visibility is important and though I am happy to see these couples thrive in todays society always remember to love yourself first, even if it means giving up romantic love, it isn’t the only love xxo

I live in a country where trans women are constantly being marginalized and I wish more people in my country see this video so they know that trans women are people too who deserve to be happy, to be loved and to be treated with respect.
i love a trans female but she doesn't feel that we could be together because she's been abandoned too many times. She will no longer take a chance on any intimate relationship. It took me a while to get over this heartbreak. I obviously still think about her and wonder how she's doing. It's been over 6 years since we've talked. She's sometimes in the public eye so I'll watch her conferences but she doesn't know I'm watching.

Let's look into some definitions, shall we? So what is a "woman"? -woman /ˈwʊmən/ noun an adult female human being. Now, what is a "female"? female/ˈfiːmeɪl/ adjective of or denoting the sex that can bear offspring or produce eggs, distinguished biologically by the production of gametes (ova) which can be fertilized by male gametes. Thus, by definition alone, trans individuals cannot be considered women. Also let's see how gemder indentity fits into these terms: gender identity noun an individual's personal sense of having a particular gender. Note that gender indentity has nothing to do with being a man or a woman, which are ONLY affected by your biological sex and your age (being an adult male or female). You can be a man with a female gender identity, but that doesn't make you a woman. You're just a man with a female gender identity. Simple, logical and linguistically correct. Words have meanings. We can't just change them to fit our ideas. Unless you want to start a campain to change the definitions dictionaries have about "man" and "woman", you'll have to accept these terms as the correct ones and not try to twist their meaning.
