Transalp 650 connected to PC (Ignitech ECU) 

I have a Ignitech ECU in my Transalp 650 , today I connected it up to my Laptop.
Transalp popping a bit on deceleration and running rich somewhat at idle.
Bike needs a full service first but interested in before and after and if I need to adjust the programming on the ECU unit.
