I had some very good success with a gel plate, a maple leaf, several colours, fabric medium and some poly cotton fabric...There was no drying time in between so the process was very fast. I think I played for an hour and ended up with 18-20 very different but similar 6x5" scraps of fabric. The intent was to play and the cuts were rough so quilting them now will be a challenge because they are varied sizes, but honestly they are so beautiful. I will upload them to my channel once I get them quilted!!
Thank you so much Susan, I am glad you found them clear and easy to follow. I am currently developing some new demo's so hopefully you will enjoy those too.
Great! Well done! What a great tutorial. Very well explained. Thank you. ❤ Ru using cotton or polyester?? I really also love the simple shapes. I took love doing simple shapes. It's so effective.
Both! Thank you for asking. I think the critical thing is the smoothness of the fabric surface. What it's made of is only an issue for me where practical textiles, quilts or clothing, are concerned. For my art piecesI use what I have. Also apologies for not responding sooner. RU-vid has not been showing me comments in my feed.😑
