Ingredients:
Broth from Simmering Seitan
8 oz of Seitan (see previous videos)
Tare:
1 tbs toasted sesame oil
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs tahini
1/2 tbs miso
1 pinch of sugar
1 tsp rice vinegar/ mirin
1 tsp garlic powder
Tare Option 2:
1 tbs toasted sesame oil
1 tbs miso
1 tbs sake
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp msg
a couple of drops of liquid smoke
Tare Option 3:
1 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tbs mirin
1/2 tbs sake
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp chili crisp
