I think cheap isn't the right wording. Because Lego is expensive. But let's say compared to Lego's 10302 Optimus Prime it is super inexpensive, that's true!

Yup 42009 has double(?) the weight compared to Optimus. 42009 is in it's own league with larger parts and Technic functions. Intersting MOC for sure. Havn't seen it before! Thank you for sharing. I'm quite happy that no parts have to be removed from my MOC to transform it. Took me a while to work this out!😁

Feel free to take a look at the Dakar Offroader and tell me what needs to be different. So i can put it on the wish list and later start building.😉😃

The wheels are a bit to thin. I can do this with the Telehandler 42133 and maybe a very tiny version with the snow groomer 42118.

Someone from australia has done a road grader. So don't expect such a MOC too soon.🤷‍♂😉 but i put that on the wish list, of course.😃

@@kevonh5335 Luckily a road grader isn't that complicated. You can try to build your own. And even release it on rebrickable. Trust me. You will be super proud after doing the grader on your own. Even if it lacks something like a steering for example!🙂🤓
