Believe it or not guys but I've heard from Hasbro &/or Paramount themselves that Transformers: One is going to tie into G1, Unicron Trilogy, Animated, Aligned, Bayverse, IDW, Marvel comics, Dreamwave, & more while also being a reboot. CON.FIRMED. But in all seriousness I am looking forward to this. The cast is not who I was expecting although for me I'm perfectly fine with that. I'm really curious to see what Hemsworth does as a younger Optimus & I'm hoping Peter still plays a part in this
Peter Cullen confirmed he was working on the animated film at a convention a couple months back, so Hemsworth is clearly going to be more of Orion Pax before becoming Optimus Prime
Yeah nah Peter Cullen is a major part of what makes Optimus Prime awesome. Not interested in this movie anymore. It could be the best story in the world, but if it ain't Peter, I couldn't care less. If they do bring in Peter Cullen to voice Optimus once Orion becomes a Prime, then I would become invested, but seeing that they don't even have Frank Welker as Megatron to begin with, I doubt they'll do this. Stubborn take, I know, but man I can't stand hearing an Optimus without Peter Cullen's voice, that's the reason I quit watching that animated netflix series.
I think transformers need to go Animated i f people really just wants transformers and NO HUMANS !!!!! CAUSE and FULL CGI live action a movie will cost 1bill dollars and the films dont even make that much anymore !!
I would have preferred voice actors instead of movie stars but I'm ok with the cast they chose for the movie. I just hope beyond hope that this movie is not connected to the "Bay-verse" because all those movies are garbage! They need to reboot this series!
Ok I'm willing to give Chris a chance but if it where up to me personally to Play a young Optimus id call David kay I swear no one at Hasbro thinks they just assume oh yeah the fans want good voice actors well to bad because we need to make nothing but cash so let's waste it on Hollywood live action actors to voice in an animated movie yeah I can tell a whole lot of people are going to hate this movie me included
I'm sorry but I won't even try to give Chris Hemsworth a chance, like you said, this is just another one of Hollywood casting random celebrities for their names alone instead of casting talented voice actors who could give off a way better performance. If they wanted someone young then they should've cast a voice actor. Hell, Nolan North or David Kaye would've been the perfect choices to play a young Optimus. Hell, I could cast this movie a lot better than what they are doing with Chris Hemsworth as Optimus and Scarlett Johansson as Elita-One. I literally compiled a list recasting these roles and honestly, I feel like they are way better choices. Also, why is Bumblebee a part of this movie? I got the impression that Bumblebee was a war-born Autobot born during the war. I just hate how they are shoving in Bumblebee in everything, Transformers have such an expansive cast of characters and people who are tied to Prime's origin like Damus, Dion, literally anyone that is not Bumblebee.
I strongly believe that Chris Hemsworth might be playing as Orion Pax instead, also Michael Bay will be involved in a TF film AGAIN…I seriously doubt it!!??!!
Sounds cool. I'm surprised at the casting but it seems promising. Also I find it funny how Kegan Michael Key will voice Bumblebee after seeing this one Paramount plus ad with him as the substitute teacher trying to say Bumblebee's name. 🙂👍
