You can't purchase the game anymore. You'll need to find someone or a friend that purchased the game when it was available at the time and ask them for their account information so you can download the game from their account to yours.

A close friend of mine purchased the game on PS4 back when it was available on the PlayStation Store back in 2016 I believe and he allowed me to log-in to his PSN account so I could download and play this game on PS4. The game on PS4 and Xbox One was digital download only and was never released on disc. The only way to play this game is on PS3, Xbox 360 on disc and on PC unless you find someone that purchased the game back then on PS4 or Xbox One and allows you to download the game from their account.
