@@brawmankerlexterminateurde860 EK-FUCKING-SCUZE ME??????!!!!!! WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL ARE YOU SMOKING???!!!! THIS GAME'S SOUNDTRACK IS GODLIKE!!!!!! Goddamn idiot.
This is the story of Optimus Prime and Megatron. Both wanted to Change Cybertron for the better. One wanted to change the system and the planet through peace, one sought to tear it all down and rule through Tyranny. Once they considered themselves brothers...Now they are the bitterest Of Enemies.
I've never been a huge Transformers fan, but this game was all kinds of awesome. The visual style was stunning, and the moment it lets you choose either Prime or Megatron still sticks with me.
@@Not_Alan_Wake The chapter before this final duel was played with four characters, two of which were chapter-exclusive. Till All Are One is literally a glorified ending.
I'm not a big fan of Transformers but War For Cybertron got me interested, and Fall Of Cybertron (one of the best games ever made) made me fall in love with the story and characters. I love this universe of Transformers, and when they're on Cybertron.
the vast majority remember Transformer for kiddy rescue bots and their silly action figures(I have nothing against it I once collected many), but whenever Transformers comes into my mind it involves, desperate need for resources, clashing ideals, and this epic duel.
Dude, the attention to detail of the lyrics stopping when Optimus lets go of his sword just like they did in MGR was something I did not expect, amazing edit
@@laurentiusmcmxcv In G1, they crash landed during Earth's Jurassic Era that put them into a million year knockout only to wake up in the 90's by a power spike via volcano eruption.
Really cool that you actually took your time to add the slight detail of the lyrics fading out when Optimus doesn't have his sword, just like when Raiden loses Sam's blade. Amazing work, loved this game and i still do.
thanks man . I got inspired from your music swap videos :) Also i don't know if you notice but when optimus doesn't have the sword in the hand. the lyrics stops like the mgr senator armstrong boss.
@@gamechanger8908I mean, can you blame them? It ends the same way G1 starts. A spaceship battle between the Autobots and the Decepticons that neither side wins.
ROTS wasn't terrible It just boring and a bit messy due to the fact they didn't care about putting any effort into making a new game that follows the story of FOC/WFC
Until you actually took damage I almost suspected an invincibility mod with how well you were perfect blocking. Seriously though, the editing, the MGR nod with the lyrics, and the gameplay were all well done! It all moved so smoothly that it makes the song feel like part of the game.
I don’t mind Optimus being brutal when I feel that the writing earns it. I just never got that feeling in the Bayverse outside of Sentinel Prime’s execution. Here however, I feel it.
@@mfirdanhb I hope after Microsoft bought Activision they will let High Moon to continue their game series. I know, the Activision contract with Hasbro was expired, but... What if Microsoft will decide to make a new contract?
@@SnakeRoadComicsOfficial3677 they do but Hasbro decided to work the Michael Bay films into it, so some of the plot points don't line up perfectly with Prime
Tbh It has to be this way fits the dynamic between Megatron and Optimus Prime with lyrics like “Standing here I realize you were just like me tryna make history”, “but who’s to judge the right from wrong” and of course “but in the end it has to be this way”
I remember back when I was a kid, around 10 years old, me and my cousin after we got home from school would boot up the Xbox 360s plug in this chapter of the game and only play this part. I would be Megatron, and he would be Optimus. We had so much fun together
It actually perfectly fits into the situation between the Autobots and Decepticons, Optimus and Megatron rather "You were just like me trying to make history" Megatron always wanted to be a Prime, yet Optimus got it "But whose to judge the right from wrong" Megatron was not a warmongering "angel of death" before he got denied of Prime title
the funny thing is, in transformers RID if you combine jetstorm and slipstream, you get jetstream and if you reverse strongarm, you get armstrong coincidence? I THINK NOT
Having played this fight as both characters I can’t help but notice that during the scripted parts of the fight (like when prime is smashing megs head into the ground) Optimus is always winning and megatron is only just able to get prime off him and when megs gets the upper hand it’s always short lived
For the video creator and the people who want a sequel it already exists, transformers rise of the dark spark came out in 2014, and its set between the two games, and also tf prime its a sequel to the game's story.
