I have no nostalgia for this era, but this one does look especially good!

I really don't like that buttflap. I don't care if it's true to the original figure. They could have cleaned that up with a hinge and swivel so that it can lay flat on the back.

Galaxy Upgrade Prime is an homage. Vector Prime is an homage. Metroplex, Override, starscream and hotshot are proper successors. Awesome review good sir!

Good stuff again Russ! He does look good in those colours and in that Vehicle mode, but I know PerspectiveEnd is going to rip it to shreds for those shoulders when he reviews it! lol.

Cool figure, very faithful to the original Cybertron version and a great colour scheme.

Damn shame they dropped the ball with the molded-in details. The original is better in that respect. I'm also very surprised they didn't do all that much to improve the engineering in the shoulders. And the wheels look oddly cheap. Still a cool looking alt mode. I look forward to modding mine.

Maybe a bit of a random question, but of the figures Hasbro gave you to review, was Comic Straxus one of them?

Still own the original, and unfortunate to see the same prohibitive articulation in the shoulders/arms. Other that a fantastic update. The best improvement other than some additional articulation is the forearm length is much more proportionate to the rest of his arm compared to the original. Also really like how unlike Armada Hotshot, he didn't get downscaled too much Looks fantastic next to Vector Prime and Overide, Definitely on the preorder list. Just need to get that Cybertron Starscream at some point,
