It reminded me of the classic series Megatron and Shockwave with their gun alt modes. I was like finally! Return of the Glockcepticons!

You'd be surprised how dangerous kid's show characters can be. Road Runner is straight up a reality bender.

FINALLY SOMEONE MENTIONS IT. I guess it's an Easter egg. But I would for it to be proof that somewhere, there's a dimension that has both Ben and Transformers.

Cyberverse is rarely accurate.

I actually prefer the cyberverse design of him though.

I love Cyberverse, Lockdown is really the only thing I don't like about it.

Most of the characters in Cyberverse are accurate depictions of the characters for the most part. There are only a couple of anomalies to try something new.

I mean he got B and megatron right kid appeal and magnificent b****** And G1 optimist was a psycho I mean Ordered the construction of the dinobots Despite them having no need for them and when they act it'savagely as new life with the power of a f****** dinosaur probably would you ordered their destruction He also allowed his autobots to put spikes mind in a robot and when spike Freaked as any Normal Person Would I'm pretty sure he shot him That's a child That's a 14 year old boy having a mental break down because you allowed your idiot to put his mind in a robot

The first time I saw Lockdown was even in Age Of Extinction and I didn’t even know there where any other versions of him until now

I still prefer the rotf design though along with his mad max muscle car mode however. His design and car mode in aoe seemed don't stand out much compared to other bayverse villains and decepticons. He's just another dark color villain and a lot of bayverse characters are already expensive super cars.

I really didn't like the AoE Lockdown. He just looks like a big human with metal skin and the most generic car mode you can get in a live-action movie. He wouldn't be out of place as generic mook #541 that's meant to be killed en masse by the heroes. I'd be ok with it if they put some car parts anywhere on his body so he actually looked like a Transformer, and they should've gone with a muscle car instead of yet another super expensive luxury car like everyone else. It's a shame and a wasted opportunity, because the original design just oozes character and stands out a lot compared to the others.

@@leetri yeah that's pretty much what I was thinking. There is early concept art of him with a more alien design and classic green and grey muscle car. I would have petered something similar to that but with more bulk.

That Leetri Guy I actually really liked his design in AOE. I don’t really think his original animated design, which I too like a lot, would fit in a live action movie. And the reason why they looked more human was cause people were complains of the complicated design of the first three and not be able to tell wtf is going on. I never had a problem with that but that’s the general consensus I get. But I do see your point on being too human like

@@patrickgancarczyk6199 not the exact animated design but I wish he had more green color on him and car parts or a design like rotf. His aoe design dosent stand out much to me and seems a bit stock and generic.

What about Sentinel Prime he's taken on multiple Autobots and would have undoubtedly killed Optimus had it not been for Megatron.

Brandon Travis Rodriguez The problem with Sentinel Prime is that he's underdeveloped. If he'd had a bit more of a backstory, he would've been a great villain.

Unlockup vs lockdown

First episode of any transformers I saw was Rescue bots season 1 episode 18, "Bumblebee to the Rescue". From there I found out it was connected to prime, watched a few episodes of that and I was hooked

@@jonahg4472 Is Rescue Bots worth watching? The series looked like it was targeted for a much younger audience than the rest of the Aligned continuity (even the newer Robots in Disguise), and it certainly doesn't look anything like Prime.

@@grandadmiralthrawn92 I'd say it's worth it, yes it's directed to a younger audience, as I was at the time, but it's not a bad show, personally I find it to be better then RID in some scenarios, but that's just my opinion.

Low key implying Optimus is from the Dynasty of Primes. Way more subtle than most of the film series.

To bad that plot line is probably in another timeline or whatever since the bay-verse transformers is *INCONSISTENT* AS UNICRON IS EVIL!!!

@@thelordofthelostbraincells Doesn't really matter anymore, movie series has been rebooted with Bumblebee being the start. So basically the bay continuity ended with Cybertron restored and Earth's new moon. Just ignore Quintessa and things are pretty much wrapped up.

Read spotlight drift. It's a fairly self-contained 4 issue mini series and honestly drift doesn't do much after his introduction as far as I've read. It's really good

@@daltonwilliams1723 That's not really true. Sure, he wasn't as prominent as some other characters in the pages of MTMTE, but his developing relationship with Ratchet was a major focus.
