Starscream in the Michael Bay movies and tie in games seems to be the most loyal to Megatron in the franchise.

Not entirely. He is just more underhanded. Blackout is arguably most loyal, as he reminds Starscream who is really in charge when they mobilize. The most loyal Starscream is from TF Energon.

just run and kill the "spider" bots, they'll give health. You can't dodge Megatron's attacks
