I have to ask: Why bother? I was so hoping this charming little hall with its gingerbread trim would land on a nice piece of green earth and be fitted out for simple living. Instead, it has been "trebled" in size and sandwiched between other high-end real estate. Not exactly "saving" a derelict building!
they didn't even move in and live there from what i can tell.... google streetview which is from 2022 shows a large 4 sale sign out front and a quick google search shows that its still for sale. at best it might be rented out as one site list it as rental, but it sure doesnt seem to be actually be occupied by anyone.

Unbelievable. Crammed in at an angle, the neighbors should sue. Ugliest thing I have ever seen. They were really laying in on thick towards the end, they knew what we know.
I have settlements in Fallout4 that look more cohesive than this house. Like if he just kept the original hall as original looking and expanded the two other buildings, it wouldn't have looked so hodge podge
A total waste of money. Could have achieved the same look without the old salvation hall. By the way, where is the old building? It's lost in that mess.
