This is hands down the most creative weather cinematography I have ever seen. Every single shot must have taken hours upon hours of preparation and editing in post. The pacing, color grading… I just can’t get over how incredible this is. As someone who grew up in Tornado Alley (Kansas), I appreciate this more than you can know!
If it wasn't for your amazing work, we wouldn't be able to witness the power and majesty of Mother Nature and her Elements in such a realistic and yet poetic way in just a few minutes (and should I add: from our comfortable seats). Thanks for this new masterpiece!
Dustin Farrell: 'Here's some leftover stuff I had lying around. Maybe you can kill some time with it, or something.' Me: 'I really, really, really need to up my game...' In other words: beyond awesome!
What a mind-blowingly awesome video of all of these storms! Most of these look like the typical "mothership thunderstorm" clouds we get here in the midwest usually in the spring. Also - The unbelievable high-speed camera video of the LIGHTNING was absolutely fantastic! This is by FAR the best video of lightning I have ever seen!! Amazing work!! Also - The music and accompaniment along with the awesome video really set it all off! Very nicely done!!
To capture Mother Nature’s Beauty like this, to capture moments that will never repeat themselves in an exact form again, is simply timeless imagery of our History itself, Earth’s History. Respect to you.
WOW!! I was going to complain because we rarely get weather videos we can actually here the thunder or the tornado sound's because people are talking or they play music that makes no rhyme or reason, and it gets annoying, AND THEN THERE IS THIS PIECE!! Such perfect synchronization and emphasis in all the right places! Just beautiful!! Best I have ever seen!! 🤔🎵🤗🎶🤗
I've added this to my "Visuals" playlist so that I can listen to trippy music with epic images on my screen. I'm especially blown away when you contrast time-lapse with the slow motion shots. The slow-mo scenes are fecking amazing! I love this! I instantly subscribed.
My fortunate and random discovery of Mike Olbinski's work turned me on to this kind of footage. I'm actively seeking out similar creators and I've found a gem right here.
LIFE AND ABSOLUTE PASSION. The passage of time and the elements transformed into cathartic beauty. You improve yourself more and more, keep going, FILL US WITH LIFE!
I've been a high-speed camera operator and cinematographer for several years, and I cannot even begin to wrap my mind around how you're able to be in the right place and right time, to capture these moments of lightning, but also in a beautifully-composed and enticing way. I just don't get it haha. Seriously great work.
This is by far the best what I've seen here on RU-vid! Amazing your videos! And this here is one of the best. I imagine the time, the hard work, the equipment, the post production, the colour grading etc... Incredible! Thanks for sharing! ♥
This video is just beautiful. Nature, both awesome and deadly. Living here in Iowa with our wide open spaces, provides us with some of the both awesome and scary weather. Thank you for this view of our marvelous weather phenomenons.
That was by far the best stormchasing video I’ve ever seen! I literally had a stor(m)gasm when watching it! Glad I’ve come across your video! Looking forward to see more! Keep up that stunning work! Greetings from Germany!
Absolutely amazing and unique video! Great music! I like it's more calm in the beginning; classical music is always a great choice. The image is so well graded and the colors are stunning. And, of course, the clouds and the lightning are impressive. Great work!
