Transition effect in VSE (how to apply) - Blender 2 8 - Tutorial |part2 

In this second part, we'll apply the effect made in previous tutorial.
There are several ways to apply this effect, the other, which could be more effective, and faster, is to use rendered version of the sequence, as png sequence, or .mov format.
But if the effect, somehow, depends on the sequence setup, than we can keep it as it is, within meta strip.
