Change is inevitable, but how we respond to it determines the success or failure of our transitions. “Change” is the external event, but “transition” is your internal process of moving forward. To transition well, you must let go of old ways that will hinder you in the new place God wants to place you. It’s normal to feel doubt and uncertainty when moving toward your next, but everything that wants to kill your dream must wait at the door. You don’t have to wait for your situation to change - change your mindset instead!
