This healing will assist with transmuting all negative and lower energies. It will also help ground you so you can regain your balance and center.

@@brandonjohnson2575 hey I would say it took a few weeks and a little over a month and then I started to notice some of the negative ppl and the patterns they were doing disappeared. But that is just my own experience. It works different for others so I would say listen to it every 3 days out of the week on any days and do it for at least a few weeks and see what happens. Ppl can drain the life out of u if u let them. So I find it’s nice to hangout with ppl but it’s also nice to be in my own space and do the self work also

This is the second time I played this week soon as it started I could feel the peace coming through THANK YOU SUSAN I am just today at 37 unlearning and relearning how to manage my ADHD tendencies.... diagnosed at 32 and given a pill and that's it. I have a kid and I had a panic attack within 2 seconds of opening my eyes this morning You are an Earth Angel.

Knowing your human design auric type May help. I found out I was an emotional generator with a lot of openness though my chakras Intuitively I’m curious if knowing your type could help. I found mine at 40. 2 kids. Changed my life. Anyway. I resonate. Just the 411 . I like Karen curry Parker she has good videos about type and adhd. Lovely piece, thank you I’m an experienced meditator now but when I started, I was only working my higher Chakras (Fully in balance with Mother Earth and her Crystalline energy grid now though). As a result, a few beings attached themselves to me and have been with me ever since. I have an appt with a Shaman in a few weeks to do a clearing because the traditional stuff doesn’t work (Epsom salt, White Sage, Breath work, etc.) I have started to ground myself more and now every day, at 11:11am, after sun-gazing for a bit, I put my hand in the soil and ask Gaia to help transmute these energies with love and light back to Her. I’m only on day 2 but will listen to this in tandem with the short ritual. Hopefully it works. 😬😬🙏🏻🙏🏻💜💜

Almost as they they’re trying with all of their might to keep me from this path. I have to laugh at them now because their efforts are fruitless. Wow, I felt this instantly. It was so intense like lightning bolts to the chakra under my breast. I need to see what that charka is.
