I think this might be one of his better films in recent years. I would argue his best film since Split. Josh Hartnett was absolutely phenomenal in this😮💨 I do see the potential with the character of Cooper in the future 👀
I thought this movie was pretty solid. A heck of trap to be in when you have a ton of kids and police officers hawking the place and no where to run. I like Saleka role in the movie, well after she entertained the audience. She was freaking bold in the movie.

Split is definitely one of my faves from him. I feel like many of his movies are more "stream" worthy, in my personal opinion. Thanks for the review, y'all!
Trap is a parody of the serial killer thriller. Once you get this, all the improbabilities and preposterous concept are hilarious. M Knight and Hartnett said they had great fun doing this and hubby and I had great fun watching it!

My favorite M. Night movie is probably Unbreakable! Sorry to hear this one was a pretty mixed bag for you guys! I actually had a good bit of fun with this movie, and thought it was a pretty entertaining yet messy little cat and mouse flick. Definitely loses some steam toward the end and the conclusion is a bit undercooked, but as someone that hasn't vibed with M. Night Shyamalan for a while I was surprised that it worked for me. Great review as always!
Thank you for watching Sully! Shyamalan has a certain vibe to him which I also enjoy and can get immersed with. The actors clearly knew the assignment, but this is a simple case of the 3rdact/ending just hurting the experience. We see the enjoyment and intrigued of the film 100% I think that's what makes cinema brilliant, able to approach on all angles.
I really enjoyed this one even though the 3rd act is an assault on suspension of disbelief lol. I thought that the cat and mouse of it all was well done and I enjoyed seeing him panic. That said I could totally see why those story gaps would be a bad experience for someone. I think this movie will definitely be a hit or miss for everyone. Great review as always!

I enjoyed this film, I dont think it took itself too seriously or at least I didn't take it too seriously even in the end when I felt like the tone got darker It was still a bit of fun trying to see will he or wont he get away. My favorite M Night flick is Split mainly because of Mcavoys performance in that movie and I think Josh Hartnett gives an equally impressive performance in this one. Great review
I like the first act of this movie, but the rest of it was terrible for me. Too many unbelievable escapes. My favorite M. Night Shyamalan movie is probably The Village, but I probably like Split just as much.
