First Jenny Nicholson releases her Star Wars Hotel video and now Quinton comes out with his Garfield Hotel video! We are truly in the golden age of Hotel RU-vid.
It's getting awful reviews from critics and great reviews from viewers on Rotten Tomatoes so I think that's a good indication that it's actually damn good.

Now that we have a Garfield movie that can be unironically enjoyable,all we need is an unironically enjoyable Garfield video game with a jazzy soundtrack in the same vein as Paper Mario The Origami King.
I saw the billboards when I was on family trip to Cali like 2 weeks ago. It freaked us out a little to see him blink the first time as we weren't expecting it, but after standing in an outdoor line for an hour with him slowly blinking at us, we soon saw him as a wise protector.
As a Chilean, i really never did expect Quinton to talk about Larenas being replaced twice in the movies for another actor (which is weird, because im pretty sure everyone recognizes Larenas work at this point as THE Garfield voice in latam, a small star in his own right, i think even Jim Davis did recognize his work as one of the nicest ones, it's weird to see they replaced him with voices that really don't fit the character), i think the dub is the think that has keeped me from seeing the movie, Garfield sounds very, very weird, in a not so nice way, it feels uncanny, would have been very nice if like in Ice Age (bad example, but is the one that came to mind), Chile would have gotten a ¨special dub¨ with Larenas as Garfield, or get a dub for everyone as an special release, or something. Even weirder is in the first time, he was indeed called and he accepted, but last minute he got replaced because you know ¨we need star talents¨ and it's usually not a choice by the dub houses, but the movie producers themselves, which i think is something that doesn't work too well in latam, as many of the choices are only recognizable in one country, rarely is someone recognized in more so it's doesn't work too well.

I watched all these for 100% Garfield and not Quinton Thirsttraps but when I saw a short mentioning it, I got jumpscared when it wasn’t him and I was disappointed
I wish the Garfield plush had his stripes on his face they look bald or incomplete :( all the billboards I've seen are super tiny ones on the highway and they've disappeared since the movie came out
my husband and i usually do motel 6 when we travel with our dog and we were so sad none of the ones near where we were driving had this promotion. i want to steal the pizza blanket from teh garfield motel 6 so bad
