Hi the budget edition has most of the logic, including the breakup, removed to help with performance. Sucks you cant get the mods to work as the non-budget version has a ton more interior and features. You should only need to dl the files and put them in your stormworks directory if you cant get the mod loader to work. They dont overwrite any files and dont mess with your install. Either way thanks for reviewing it :)
Jesse next time take a huge submarine with elevator then drown the submarine be a survivor inside trapped in then re fix part by part of the submarine then use pods to escape
