Rob, something that I have done with the backstrap of a deer is basically the same thing but I took the bacon and did a basket weave with it and then rolled it up. I didn't have to use tooth picks because the end of the bacon was at the bottom, man it was amazing! Thank you for always being family friendly and my kids and wife love watching you and your family! We are in Dallas and don't get to the ocean often to fish but my kids are begging me to take them surf fishing after watch the video of you catching the flounder off the beach!
