This show was really fun. Looks like a weak crowd but it's different when you're there. All the people outside were amazed and had no idea what this kind of music was. Even their children watched lol. all in all a sick show
even do they trashed the whole place.....the owner did a great thing allowing this magnificent piece to be recorded......finally some real hardkore rock and roll shit
The dude runs a business, that shit's been happening since the 90's. It would have been cool if he said "play on, but be respectful of the store and the security. We appreciate everyone showing up and we booked the band, but we'd like to keep things just a bit in order." the vocalist could have said something about it too, I mean they're letting them play in that shit, no need to get temperamental, but it's just a courtesy.
@andynfb Plus the "security" dude tells him to take a hike too. I doubt he'd tell the guy signing his check to bounce for trying to stop it. I think it's rad as fuck for Rasputin to allow this chaos in their store!
@theDWP907 one he was touching their equipment before Lee knocked over anything and when Lee did knock over some cds it was not even close to the amount of $300 bucks. way to exaggerate there bud.
@NIgghiesterr that's soo funny...just found that out the other day.....that's where i'm from too....never heard of em!!!!! I guess they never play around here....LAME
@eyehatepop Laid their hands on your golden cymbal stand? It's a hunk of metal that you beat with a stick, relax. This band couldn't ask for anything more than the store owner touching their shit and trying to stop the show while being filmed so someone could post it on You Tube and kids could talk about how "Bitchin" it is. P.S. Having shows in a record store is a good way to get a bunch of shit broken and stolen.
If someone laid their hands on my equipment like that I would not hesitate to beat the shit out of them-owner or not. You DO NOT touch another musicians equipment. EVER.
Cymbols range into the hundred of dollars. they arent cheap. That is how trash talk is live. Anywhere. If someone booked trash talk, they will get trash talk. If i was a fan at that show, and they were all just mellow playing that shit. I'd be pissed. People pay to see the band, not to see the owner realize that he fucked up.
@ICUMMUD hahaha i know thats why i laugh every time i see this. but than i see the crowd doing vocals and shit, and its the most badass thing. that store owner doens know hardcore for shit!
How valuable a cymbal is? The guy picked it up by the stand, he didn't kick it over onto the floor. So, if you book Trash Talk expect them to trash your store, but if you're Trash Talk and you trashing someone's store don't expect them to stop you? To disrespect this guy's store in the name of some "we're a crazy band" act is pretty lame. Be happy that there's still indie record stores supporting the music and scene you love. If you want to trash a store, go trash Best Buy or Walmart.
You clearly don't play drums or don't realize how valuable cymbals are. Not to mention there are better ways he could have gone about trying to stop the show, and on top of that, if you're booking Trash Talk to play a record store, you should be expecting some craziness.
this was just a bad move on the store owners part, seriously if your gona have a band play around your merchandise, at least find out what kind of band they are haha, but this video is sick as fuck haha
