H edidn't get knocked out "through" the block. Nor was it the sheer energy by the punch through the block. He twisted his arm and fist into the waist rotation making a "screw" punch. (corkscrew punch.) him making his fist the other way twisting it made it so it slips through the gap that was in his block and hit his chin.
