Standing over a player and staring like that is considered taunting now. She wanted to make sure they got it right. In doing so, I think she got hit with a tech too.

The only reason SC got a technical was because after the refs called the tech on Duke, Raven was in the front of the Duke bench taunting. Otherwise SC wouldn’t have gotten one. Dawn wasnt aware because I don’t think she even seen Raven with all the ruckus which confused her.

In this case there should have been continuation until the actual ref made the announcement of penalties &/or repercussions from it.
