I don't play games on my computer, but for work, I always attach any second monitor to my right with my laptop screen being on the left. I'm half blind in my right eye, so looking left is more natural. My right eye is pretty much only for peripheral vision, so I try to do as much as possible on the lefthand screen.

what I really like about the new studio is that you can really see how dedicated everyone was in improving everything tbh. from letting everyone have work spaces that’s breathable to the floor wires to the equipment, the effort really shows in making sure the content improves in every aspect

The lighting problem of the after dark set can be attributed directly to the spacing you have. To truly get the lighting you want, you need to put more space between you and the wall. That way your primary lighting on your faces will keep you lit while the background gets very little bleed.
