Yeah that’s definitely how I describe it to people. There’s a car restoration show on Netflix called Rust Valley Restorers and I was mainly inspired by them. I love car restoration 😄
Same, this is the first time I've ever seen them strung backwards? Kinda blows my mind tbh. I might try it next time I restring just to see what it's like that way.
Do you know how grateful I am to Algorithm for suddenly appearing on my phone's RU-vid window? Your video is like the brightest star in the sky Do you know how many people are happy on RU-vid because of your video? In this fast-paced RU-vid world, your video is so wonderful. I am so happy to have met you. Your video is so beautiful and enchanting. By chance at the winter window, as the algorithm introduced me, when I opened my RU-vid window, the first video caught my eye. I was amazed at the excellence of your skills and was moved by your sincerity and hard work while watching the video. I'm looking at your video like a dream. When I see your video, I am so moved. Algorithm informed me that your video is so good and good. It's so nice to see your video out of the many videos that pop up on RU-vid like grains of sand on the beach. Hey man, I just found your channel through Tom from Refuse Reuse! Great channel you've got going...you've got that nice DIY home improvement vibe going on with the voice-overs, I dig it!
Awesome 👍 I do this to guitars and basses also. The hard part is letting them go when they come out kick ass! I've donated several to good causes and sold a few but I've kept more. Lol
I have one of those 99 Performers still mint in box, with its catalog of all the options and other models of that year,if interested? It’s the same blue with the quilted pattern. It’s just sitting in its box! I have another one with my signature blades painted on it,hanging on the wall on my chan, and IG!
Great work! best luck on your adventure. I have also tinkered for years with guitars, but chose to focus on my design career instead of guitar building and modding. I will make sure to watch how your adventure develops.
Dude i really want t that sunburst Jackson with the Duncan’s! seriously! It’s the same color as my child hood Westone I e been trying to find since i sold it in 2000! It looked just like that Jackson but was from the late 80’s-1991. Had allen keys on the back of the reverse Jackson style stock! Maybe you can find one of them? You seem to be an expert at finding old metal guitars! That’s what i really need! Thank you for your time! Great content! Some are definitely going on our music Playlist!
I've been playing around with re freshening guitar bodies and what not. Having an autobody background but I'm very curious to a decent lead on new hardware for guitars. Just ebay/Amazon?
Can I have a white EVH Wolfgang Standard shipped to you directly from Sweetwater, have you refinish in black & white stripes to include headstock, and then you ship to me? I live in NV. Thx
Yeah 1. I flip them 2. I rebuild customer supplied guitars 3. I take orders if someone wants a certain guitar, I’ll buy the guitar and rebuild it for them how they want it.
@@GuitarGuts did not Expect a response from anyone especially so soon ha. I'm returning to work, so I would need a few months. But 100% would want you to spruce up my Ibz Rgt.
I live your channel, but it hurts my heart when you leave the license licensed Floyd's in these mods. Don't put a 200 dollar pair of emg pickups and leave the license floyd rose tremolos.
I find it amusing that someone who knows this much about guitars, would actually think a Floyd rose was designed for you to put strings on backwards.... that is not the way.... also you dont set up a bridge for intonation while its not strung... like what is going on here?
RU fucking serious? Where and how and why does it matter which end of the string you cut and clamp? Ummm do you actually think that it matters? Pulling through the tuners or not? I am seriously and completely interested in WHY , WHERE, and HOW IT ACTUALLY MATTERS..or are you just bashing someone because they do it differently than YOUR used to..
Everything on your page is really amazing for the except your obsession to put kill switches on on a guitar you really need to stop that o less this guitars for you to keep personally I hate kill switch
