Who sees art in broken clocks and Jenga game pieces??? Mary does, that’s who! Cute, cute, cute! I love your videos!

Mary, we currently live in a “throw away “ world. It’s so refreshing to see how you take what is considered trash and create something trendy, cute and useful. I’m betting some of this come from your Amish background. They are some great craftsman. Really enjoying your RU-vid channel. Be blessed as you bless us with your creativity.

Mary, you are such a delight to watch! I stumbled onto your channel about a year ago because one of your videos was recommended. Of all things it was the dreaded storm video where your booth was destroyed. I was not sure WHAT to think after that video....but something about your authenticity really struck me and decided to subscribe and keep watching. I am so glad that I did! I just absolutely love your style, enthusiasm and of course your authenticity. You are not only very talented but you make us all believe that we can do these projects too. I look forward to all your videos and really like that you take the time each month to do a Q&A video. Thank you for sharing yourself and your beautiful home and projects with us.

I absolutely love everything about this video! From not using a cutting mat and just using a ruler and scissors & your countertop, to using Jenga blocks, to using the broken knob, to crumbling up the vinyl, to to all of the adorable finished designs! Your authenticity is a light and a blessing! ♥️🙏🏻

Dollar Tree has a budget version of Jenga. I think it's called Tumbling Tower. A lot of youtube DIY'ers, especially those who concentrate on Dollar Tree materials, have done projects with them. Love, love, love your videos. Your voice and the scenery (outside or inside, any room of your home) soothe me--plus I love your ideas!

The Dollar Tree Super Glue works awesome for the tower blocks and it dries pretty quickly! No need to clamp... Just glue all sides of the blocks that are touching and let dry about an hour before painting (or paint stain ahead and just leave the sides wood that will be glued together!) You are so talented and love your ideas for everything!

I'm so glad I got to watch your video today. Changing the clock into a picture was gorgeous. I have an old oval frame that hung in my great-grandmother's house and as a child it was fascinating to me because I had never seen anything but square picture frames. I have that old picture and couldn't figure out what to do with it. Getting rid of the insides of it and just using the frame will still be a reminder of my great-grandmother to me. Can't wait to get started. Ps, she lived in pennsylvania, in oil City so not too far from Ohio

I had to chuckle when you got frustrated with that first piece you did on the clock. It only showed you are human too. Loved the cute ideas you came up with. Never realized that a roll of TP would fit inside a oatmeal box. Pretty cool. I really liked the coastal lantern you did with those blocks. I have a girlfriend who’s home is all coastal n she would love that idea but now I need to find some of those blocks. Dollar Tree used to carry them, that’s used too. How I look so forward to Wednesday n can’t wait to see what Mary does on that day. God bless you n Spring will be here soon. ♥️😊👍💐🌸🌻

Hi Mary! What fun ideas! Everything turned out really nice. My Mom and I, years ago, would cover oatmeal, pringle and small coffee cans, etc. with contact paper. The wall hanging cute as ever and the candle holder ........your ideas are so refreshing. Loving your channel as always. Helps me keep up with the times and what is out there on the market! You could also use the tray as a trivet. Suggestion - take a brush with paint and dry brush over the edges to get that antique distressed look. Goes quite quickly. I do it or just use my finger on smaller pieces. I’ve been covering oatmeal and Pringles containers for decades with contact paper. I used them to hold my brushes for my ceramics class etc.

To store my toilet paper over 20 years ago I actually used and still do use those big tin coffee cans, around 4 of them, cut the bottoms out of 3 of them, stack them, tape them together and then either use pretty wrapping paper, scrapbook paper, contact paper...etc..etc... it fits a good 6 to 7 rolls of tissue.

Thank you for sharing your creativity! I have to say, it is SO encouraging to watch a seasoned vinyl-cutter have issues with a design...I'm new to Cricut and let me tell you, the very first project I tried I thought I was going to pull my hair out - it was just not working like all the videos I have watched - I did choose a very small and intricate design for my first try which was rather ambitious, too...but I'm learning all the little tricks and choosing better fonts etc which as you say, certainly helps. BUT...I was encouraged in seeing "the struggle is real" sometimes! Love your videos.
