Thank you all for your kind words and validation. I was very nervous, but now I see that it was all worth it. We each can play a part in ending generational traumas. In solidarity and gratitude.

Tabitha Mpamira-Kaguri thank you for showing us how! Within your nervousness you show us how we can show up courageously voice shaking, yet strong and vulnerable. Thank you!

Brene Brown would be SO proud! I could hear your voice quivering, and I was trembling with you at your words. Maybe your nation is gasping, but the rest of the world is gasping in amazement. Thank you, that was powerful.

Tabitha, I have been using your concept that trauma (or anger, grief, dysfunction) gets transferred or transformed with corporate clients. I know your heart is to heal women, and the precept seems to be pretty universal, as powerful leadership teams are loving it and making progress! Thanks for delivering such an inspiring and helpful talk.

This is a video that needs to be seen by every healer in the world. Every therapist, coach, energy worker, social worker, teacher. This is the urgency we need to connect with. We hold within us the ability to radically change the world in the future. We cannot accept things as they have been. We must tell our stories and do our healing work with conviction.

So grateful to the many Ted speakers who show their leadership by being able to stand in front of a crowd and share their story with humility. And it's true, the story generational trauma is common and we need to stop blaming the victims. All of humanity struggles, and we can all help each other. Thank you for this wonderful speech.

The noose around the neck. European cultures figured out how to make that noose out humiliation and shame instead so women married for submission. The way women have been treated all over the world makes me feel sad. It effects me who I am today because of unheald wounds past down. Such a talk gives me hope we can all heal together.
