Another extension, this time by request! This is from the Wii game Trauma Team, in particular the game's final surgery. It's a suitably ominous and epic track.
I saw a playthrough of it once. Can't speak for the gameplay, but the story and music was captivating. As for why I made the video, it was a request. You can make one too if you like, just please do so privately.
