I really enjoyed this video. It’s great to see how much the Neverfull GM actually holds! My last several trips I’ve taken my Longchamp la pliage large tote. I’m heading to Vegas in a few weeks and may do some LV shopping while there. 😉

I can't believe you carry on no matter what. I check a bag even if it's a two-day trip. LOL. I just want to throw everything I want in there and not worry about liquids, etc.

I used to be the same, because my dad had status so we could get free baggage when we travelled. But then an airlines lost my baggage, and it completely ruined my trip, so now I always pack a carry-on with at least a couple days of clothes to avoid a disaster!

I had felt the same way until the airlines lost my bag on a long trip. Suitcase never caught up with me until two weeks after I returned.

I used to feel the same way! Then we had our luggage "lost" FOUR times in a few years, and even had some items stolen from them once they were returned. (Spent 3 days on St. Lucia with NO luggage....) Someone in Barcelona is carrying a brand new Louis Vuitton bag I purchased in Paris one day before it was stolen from my luggage. So, I learned to consolidate and keep my items with me. It's not for everyone, but it has worked beautifully for me and my family so far! xo

@@JustJennifer I'm the same way. I don't want to check luggage because I don't want to lose anything. I also hate having to go and wait and wait on my luggage to come around. It's. LV Keepall 45 and before I sold it my LV Neverful GM...I bought the leopard Christian Louboutin Cabata bag to replace the Neverful. I want everything right there with me.

Thanks so much for doing this video! It really helps to know that you can take this or the Keepall 45 and an approved carryon roller bag for a vacation, and check no bags! I think we need a video...lesson...on how to figure out a wardrobe and appropriate packing solutions for a true vacation! I start with the best of intentions, and end up with way too much to pack, and then I will actually forget to pack something!!! I am sure practice and a little bit of magic helps!!! TFS!!! As always, very fun and informative!!!

Thanks! I have needed to perfect my packing skills since going "carry on only" due to lost luggage (FOUR times!) and stolen items. I've always been nervous about taking my Neverful on the plane. I worry it'll get scuffed or otherwise damaged putting it under the seat. It also concerned me that it doesn't have a zip closure. Your scarf idea is great and looks like it works fabulously! I'm going to give it a try next time I fly! Thanks for the helpful video Jennifer. 😄

I did two weeks in France and two weeks in Italy with only carry on. We are going to England for two weeks this summer and I am only doing a carry on again. Once you do it, you’re hooked. No more checked baggage for us.

I love the video and info but one thing I can’t travel without is my specific face wash, body wash, lotion and shampoo. I almost always hate the hotel brands. Do you find those to be fine for you? Thanks for the videos. MB

I've been watching a bunch of videos on the LV Neverful GM and have a question. I recently purchased the Neverful GM in Damier Ebene for travel but I'm concerned the straps may not be as comfortable as the vachetta in monogram. Since you own both prints and have the GM in mono, I'd love to hear your thoughts. If you could repurchase a Neverful GM, would you still go for the Monogram or would you choose the Ebene?

Very timely for me, will be traveling soon. My challenge has always been toiletries. I’m going to investigate your TSA approved one. I also need shampoo, conditioner, body cream not to mention the face products. BTW, Mel in Melbourne turned me on to an insert made for the Evelyne and it has made wearing that bag so much easier for everyday. Thanks for the video!

I just buy the empty bottles and tubs from the grocery store travel section and fill up with my products 😁 it works for everything except dry shampoo

I usually just use the shampoo and conditioner provided at hotel, and use the First Aid Beauty cream for my body lotion. When I have needed to bring my own shampoo and conditioner, I use reusable bottles and fill them up with my stuff. I have thought about the insert you are mentioning, and I might give it a try! Right now, my "pouch" situation is working perfectly.

Jennifer. You know I’m an obsessed watcher. Lol. I saw your little pill case. I had the exact same one. What is cool about that is, I have a LV Wappity case that I use for my pill case. I took the plastic pill holder out of the flowery one and it fits perfectly in the wappity case with room to spare. Then I put in my stevia packets and a little plastic container of toothpicks. Also fits a few other things like tear open eyeglasses cleaner. It’s perfect. I used to use it for my camera which I no longer use because of the iPhone so it’s now a perfect pill container

Quick question... How do you decide whether to choose the keepall 45 or you’re gm neverfull? Also I’d be interested in a comparison video packing both of those if you have time. I think it’s beautiful but now that it is here I’m going to constantly think about dirt! Lol. We go to Disney as a family every year and I bought an adorable Minnie Mouse roller carry on and I thought the DA would go better with The Minnie Mouse carry on verses the darker canvas

No, not replaced my Keepall 45B really...I just choose one or the other depending on the trip. And if it is a weekend trip, I usually take my Neverfull MM.

That bag looks so large to put under the seat and still have room for your feet! Do you use any antibacterial cleaner on your NV/bags? planes are so filthy and that beautiful bag lays where everyone ‘s dirty shoes also go. Helpful video!

Hey....love the video..I sold all my Neverful's because the strap just doesn't fit well over my should and the straps are so thin they dig into my hands and when loaded it's heavy. That's just me. But I have a question about the Evelyn bag...I have always thought it was an ugly bag but it is growing on me..lol. So my question is do you really use it a lot? Still love it to death? I now want one since they are growing on me but just curious if people still like them after getting them...thanks so much, you know I treasure your thoughts...

Thanks! From what I have heard over and over again...once you have an Evelyne, you go back for another one in another color. I love mine so much that I am looking to get another, also. They are so comfy, easy to wear and easy to use. Work in almost every situation. Great for travel and for everyday. And, being a workhorse, well made, classic, heirloom quality bag that will never go out of style...they are very much worth the money.

@@JustJennifer I am laughing and laughing at myself. Went to Hermes today and fell in love with the mini, black with gold hardware. It was the only one they had left and hadn't had any in a while. Was I lucky. I love it Jennifer. It's small, very small but really about the same size as my Chanel mini bag, and actually about the same size as my Chanel WOC. I started small and when I walked out I was thinking, oh God help me, I know I will want the Evelyn 29. Only thing is I am not a big fan of long bags that I have to rummage my hand down in the dark to find something. Thank you sweet friend. I am now the proud owner of my first Hermes handbag. I was thinking I could do the same thing as you when I go on trips. I really don't like hauling around a big bag just to run around so I can just pack it with my billfold, tissue, lip stuff, and a few other small items. Are you putting it under the seat in a First Class area? or in Coach/economy? Coach seats are soooo small I would think my neverfull would get scratched.

Jennifer C. I’ve done both! The last trip was in Economy Plus on United. The “plus” is additional leg room, but the under the seat area is the same as regular economy.

Jennifer, Hi! Loved your video. I have few doubts. The aisle in between flight seats are very narrow for anyone to put a large bag on roller suitcase and pull. Therefore, with your NF fully stuffed with your purse as well as your essentials didn’t your shoulder hurt? Were you able to carry this bag from the aerobridge till your seat on your shoulder with just two thin straps? Do u advice this bag for someone with weak shoulders? Thanks , LMA

Hi! Thanks :) I want to assure you that I most definitely did move my Neverfull GM from place to place throughout the airport and down the aisle of the plane by placing it on top of the carry on roller bag and looping the straps over the suitcase handles. It is actually easier to get down the aisle of an airplane with it on top of the roller bag than trying to have it on my shoulder to the side of my body. I would hit everybody seated in the head if I tried to do it that way, actually. If you are able to cart the GM around on a carry on roller bag, you would be absolutely fine with the Neverfull GM as your travel bag, even with weak shoulders.

I love my NF MM for travel and have used it for many years as my travel bag! I only use the GM when I have a long flight/trip and need to bring extra items (travel pillow, laptop, etc).

Thanks! I will be travelling long haul next year from Asia to Europe, hence I’m doing my homework. Thank u 4 very practical advice. Due to weak shoulders I’m unable to find an ideal travel bag. Either they too small or too large with thin straps. Similarly either traditional purses where except my essentials nothing else fits or a big black hole like in le pliage (medium/large). Thanks once again.

I have a tote organizer that I use in my NF GM often, and it really helps with the "black hole" problem! It would also fit and work well in a le pliage. Perhaps that could be helpful to you. You could get the organizer in a light color than the interior of the bag so it will easier to see your items. I hope you find something that works wonderfully for you!
