Hi Tom I’m Hank you for watching, From where we were sat it looked like every seat was full, however I would say within 30 minutes of us boarding the plane we were taxiing back.

Hi there thanks for watching, no i don’t think they did have bottles of water, however they did have water dispensers so if you take your own reusable bottles you can fill them in the escape lounge.

I did thank you Carla I had to go to the airport to collect but I got it back x the flight was just over 7 hours. The plane was really comfortable tho so was a nice flight ✈️ my son has wanted to visit Dubai for years and me and Paul never fancied it, we went for my son really as it was his dream, So glad we gave it a try now though, we had a ball ☺️

Hello hon 👋 thank you for watching, we didn’t upgrade the flight, the seats were economy however we advised the airline that our son has special needs and we were assigned the seats with the extra legroom.

It was one of the smoothest flights I have ever been on the plane is much bigger than the ones used for short haul so feels more stable however i suppose it does depend on the conditions on the day.

Oh my goodness how exciting!!! The upper deck eeek your going to love it, one thing I regret now is not getting my pic taken by the staff when they come round with the Polaroid as it would of been a nice memento, the food and entertainment was amazing 🤩 enjoy your flight and your holiday 💕

@@amysahuman5049 hopefully we will get a pic cos we forgot to ask last year. Don't think there is really much difference from the lower deck economy tbh..but it is just the chance to sit in the upper deck we are giddy at 😀

We will be using the baby bassinet though x

Hi judi I am certainly not an expert but in my experience you would be better getting your currency before you arrive at the airport as there is a high fee to pay, you are paying for the convenience, you could pay with your Australian card whilst in the uk at shops and restaurants and the bank would charge you a fee (fees vary bank to bank) but not as much as using the currency machine at the airport. Sorry I’m not very helpful, thank you so much for watching and safe travels x

@@amysahuman5049 thank you for your advice. My sister in law in Leeds is 89 this year and my husband dearly wants to see her again as we have (the three of us) managed to avoid Covid and travel is probably at its safest at the moment , so UK here we come after many years apart 👏👏👏

The lounge was good but it was not as luxurious as a first class lounge also more limited choice on food however we did really enjoy the escape lounge and would recommend.

@@amysahuman5049Just tried the escape lounge on my flight to Geneva it wasent bad but in my opinion the Emirates lounge is definitely a lot better
